We’re partnered with a respected, full-service law firm seeking to hire a Litigation Associate as its Raleigh office continues to expand.
  
This team represents national insurers, healthcare organizations, and major businesses in complex litigation and insurance coverage matters across the Southeast. The work includes high-exposure disputes, coverage analysis, and litigation involving first- and third-party claims, bad faith, and other sophisticated insurance-related matters. The group is known for its strong trial capability, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships.
  
Associates are not siloed. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys, gain direct client exposure, and play an active role in case strategy from early discovery through resolution. The firm places a strong emphasis on mentorship and long-term attorney development.
  
What You’ll Need:
  
  • 2 - 8+ years of litigation experience (insurance coverage experience is a plus)
  • JD and active North Carolina bar admission in good standing
  • Experience handling discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client interaction
  • Background in complex litigation, insurance coverage, or other high-exposure matters
  • Experience with medical negligence, premises liability, product liability, or comparable complex tort matters preferred
