Position Overview

The Lighting Sales Representative III is a senior-level sales professional responsible for leading and executing sales strategies for lighting products and solutions. This role focuses on building and managing key accounts, driving new business development, and delivering consultative, energy-efficient lighting solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in lighting sales, deep technical knowledge of lighting technologies, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Order & Project Coordination

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Identify new sales opportunities and growth areas

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, or manage members of the sales team
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance support

Networking & Industry Engagement

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
