Job description

**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE PRINTING OR PACKAGING INDUSTRY**
The Sales representative will be part of a team responsible for selling and managing the complete range of printing, packaging, and fulfillment services. The representative is responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy, identifying and qualifying business opportunities, consistently closing and managing projects, once awarded using defined planning, monitoring, and controlling processes to exceed goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
General and Administrative
Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of sales plans including identifying buying influences, and working through the sales process.
Establish, oversee, and maintain management of accounts and ensure total customer satisfaction.
Develop, understand, maintain, and consistently sell the single source provider approach.
Provide consultative representation, diagnosing issues and providing solutions.
Responsible for managing a project from conception to completion on time; performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, intimately understanding project requirements and client needs, working with estimating for quoting, coordinating all internal resources and stakeholders; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities, monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of the project.
Develop and report on sales forecasts and activity vs. plan.
Execute and document sales prospecting activities using Salesforce.com and HubSpot tools available.
Accurately and on a timely basis document sales and customer service activities
Participate in employee development.
Present work to the client at milestones throughout production and obtain, discuss and follow-through with feedback from client.
Train, support & help trouble-shoot delivered work during project and post-project.
Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered.

1-2 years of current sales or customer service, in the printing industry
Solution oriented and confident
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong personal relationships.
College degree required.
Strong understanding of commercial print and packaging technology
