About This Role
  • Collaborate with retail and trade customers to provide expert lighting solutions for residential and commercial applications.

Elevate your customers' living and working spaces with our extensive portfolio of lighting and hardware products.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, designers, architects, contractors, and remodelers.

Foster strong relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional lighting and hardware design solutions.

  • Empower customers with knowledge and guidance to make informed product selections.

Ensure seamless customer experiences through prompt communication, reliable delivery, and effective collaboration with installation contractors.

  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

What You'll Do
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and technological advancements in lighting products, controls systems, architectural hardware, and plumbing.

Effective project management requires precision, coordination, and communication with customers, designers, decorators, contractors, architects, and builders.

  • Create harmonious living and working spaces by selecting and installing suitable hardware and lighting solutions.

Utilize our computer system to efficiently process, update, ship, and complete sales orders.

  • Promote a culture of excellence by working collaboratively with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling consultative selling and building strong relationships.
  • A self-motivated and independent individual who can work effectively without direct supervision.
  • A passion for staying informed about new trends and technological advancements in lighting and hardware products.

Familiarity with various computer systems and pricing software tools is essential for success in this role.
