Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in Pool Construction and Renovations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, showcasing our premium pool products and renovation services, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the pool construction and renovation market, engaging potential clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing expert guidance on pool designs, lighting options, remodeling ideas, and related fixtures.
  • Prepare comprehensive layout designs using SketchUp or CAD software to illustrate proposed pool layouts, lighting schemes, and remodeling concepts that align with client visions.
  • Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits of lighting design, fixtures, and renovation options to upsell additional services or upgrades.
  • Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales within the pool construction or remodeling industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in layout design using SketchUp or CAD software for project visualization.
  • QuickBooks experience to create invoices preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
