  • Become a technical expert across our full product line of lighting controls and inverters, and transfer that knowledge to customers, reps, and internal teams
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, sales support materials, and certified AIA training programs
  • Provide technical support and training via phone, email, MS Teams, and in person, diagnosing issues and driving them through to resolution
  • Partner closely with National Sales Managers to build sales proposals, run product demonstrations, and ensure equipment meets customer system requirements
  • Build and grow client relationships that strengthen the brand, with roughly 30 percent travel expected
