We're hiring Production Assemblers who like working with their hands, take pride in a job done right, and want a steady, daytime schedule with real advancement opportunities. No experience required we train you.

What You'll Do
You'll build commercial LED light fixtures from the ground up using hand tools, power tools, and clear written instructions. It's active, hands-on work for people who'd rather be building and solving problems than sitting at a desk. Day to day, you'll:
  • Assemble LED fixtures and subcomponents using hand and power tools
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Work alongside teammates and team leads to hit daily goals
  • Spot, report, and set aside defective parts before they move down the line
  • Gather materials and keep your area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Comfortable with hand tools and power tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through an 8-hour shift
