Job description

We’re looking for a skilled installer to join our permanent outdoor lighting team. This is hands-on exterior installation work involving low-voltage wiring, ladders, rooflines and power tools.

You do not need permanent lighting experience. We’re looking for someone with strong transferable skills who can be trained to our installation standards. Experience in low-voltage wiring, electrical, cable or fiber installation, security systems, roofing, gutters, construction or handyman work is a plus.

What you’ll do

  • Install permanent exterior lighting systems on homes and businesses
  • Run and conceal low-voltage wire
  • Work safely on ladders and rooflines
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Troubleshoot installation issues
  • Keep job sites clean and professional
  • Learn our installation process and quality standards

What we’re looking for

  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Mechanically inclined and good with tools
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow installation standards
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Previous installation or construction experience preferred

We’re building multiple crews and looking for people who can grow into lead installers and eventually run jobs independently. We have year-round permanent lighting work with additional opportunities during our busy holiday lighting season.
