Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $18 to $28 per hour (plus Commission and Performance Bonuses).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday typical) with 3-day weekends.

  • Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Exteriors.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record).

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Maintain the highest standards of property care by performing meticulous site clean-up after every installation.

  • Manage on-site inventory levels and company vehicle maintenance to ensure daily operational readiness.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and maintain strict project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven ability to operate with a high level of technical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with no moving violations or accidents within the last three years.

  • Demonstrated commitment to professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.

  • Willingness to travel within the region and work in an outdoor field environment.
