Job description

The Shelby Design Center is seeking a highly motivated, friendly and outgoing full-time retail lighting sales associate. Experience in lighting preferred, but not necessary.
Compensation is hourly plus commission. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 60 days of employment. Life insurance, Short-term & Long-term disability and Simple Ira contribution match also available after eligibility period.
Hours will include some evenings and weekends. Weekly day off. Closed on holidays. Retail hours are Monday- Friday 9 am- 7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
We are a retail Design Center that specializes in residential lighting. We also offer flooring, cabinets, countertops, window treatments, wallpaper, and home decor. Sales experience and knowledge in lighting sales preferred, but we are willing to train. Must have valid driver’s license. Background check required.
