Seasonal Glow Getter — Humbug Sales RepHumbug Holiday Lighting is looking for a high-energy sales rep to help grow our holiday and permanent lighting division. This is a seasonal sales position with the opportunity to develop into a long-term role for the right person.
We install professional-grade holiday lighting, permanent lighting, storefront lighting, landscape lighting, and patio lighting for residential and commercial customers. Our customers include homeowners, restaurants, car dealerships, HOAs, apartment complexes, retail storefronts, and other businesses that want to stand out.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and earning commission on high-ticket projects.
What You’ll Do
As a Humbug Sales Rep, you’ll help generate and close lighting opportunities for both residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Following up with inbound leads
  • Calling and texting prospects
  • Visiting businesses in person
  • Canvassing target neighborhoods or commercial areas
  • Setting consultations and quote appointments
  • Helping customers understand holiday and permanent lighting options
  • Following up on open quotes
  • Building relationships with local businesses, property managers, HOAs, and homeowners
  • Representing Humbug Holiday Lighting in a professional, upbeat way
What We’re Looking For
Residential or commercial sales experience is preferred, but high energy is a must.

Compensation
This is a high-commission sales role with strong earning potential.
Compensation structure:
Base Pay: $15/hr
Commission: 30% of Gross profit on closed sales
Permanent lighting and holiday lighting are higher-ticket services, which means each closed job has the potential to create meaningful commission.
Schedule
This is a seasonal position with flexible part-time hours. Some evenings and weekends may be needed for customer appointments, events, and peak-season sales activity.
For the right person, this role can develop into a long-term sales position as Humbug Holiday Lighting continues to grow.
