Libra Solutions is looking for an Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and efficient intake experience. This role is responsible for prompt outreach, accurate data collection, and proper documentation in the case management system. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding the organization’s standards of service and professionalism.

This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office.

Essential Functions:

  • Review intake queue throughout the day, ensuring all potential new clients are contacted immediately
  • Complete intake with prospective client, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained
  • Send required paperwork via text and/or email to new clients
  • Represent company values often as the first representative to engage with our clients
  • Accurately enter intake data into company case management software
  • Triage incoming intake calls, faxes and emails to appropriate destinations
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • General understanding of healthcare and/or med-legal terminology is a plus
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent telephone and electronic communication skills
  • Excellent customer service with eagerness to build relationships
  • Self-motivated and self-directed when prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming intakes
  • Works well among a team environment
  • Positive, multi-tasking and ambitious attitude
