As a Legal Executive Assistant, you'll be a key contributor to a high-performing legal team, partnering with senior attorneys to manage critical priorities, streamline operations, and support exceptional client service. Description Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior legal professionals.

Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and legal documentation. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and conferences. Handle expense reporting and processing for legal executives.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. Profile A successful Legal Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience in providing administrative support within a legal or professional services environment.
