Job description

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides advanced-level administrative support and organization to hospital Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and other executive staff, to support the efficient and effective management of operations. This position deals with a diverse group of external stakeholders as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization and must maintain a high level of strict confidentiality of sensitive information. This position, also, organizes schedules, coordinates and prepares documents for meetings, prepares specialized and routine letters and documentation, including legal and financial documents as well as addressing queries from visitors and stakeholders, and making travel arrangements.

What You Can Expect
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Act as liaison between the President and senior management/corporate and regional staff, government agencies, hospital employees.
  • Coordinate and complete office functions, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
  • Manage a master meeting calendar and provide the appropriate communication and coordination for meeting attendees.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Business/Secretarial Preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • 5 Years Senior Support Experience Required
