Legal Compliance refers to the process of ensuring that an organization and its employees adhere to all laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices that apply to its operations. This includes everything from labor laws and environmental regulations to data protection and industry-specific requirements. Legal Compliance professionals develop policies, conduct training, and monitor activities to prevent violations and reduce the risk of legal penalties. Their work helps organizations maintain integrity, avoid costly lawsuits, and build trust with stakeholders.

  • Assist in third-party vendor risk assessments, particularly for loan origination systems, credit reporting agencies, and payment processors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Juris Doctorate
