Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage lease documentation, review and abstract lease agreements, process monthly rents and lease-related invoices (including CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance), and maintain accurate data in our real estate database. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will interact with internal teams and external landlords/property owners.

Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and abstract lease documents into the company database in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain and update lease information, including landlord changes, operating expense estimates, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare monthly rent files for approval and submission to Accounts Payable
  • Process lease-related invoices and reconcile accounts, ensuring compliance with lease terms
  • Research payment discrepancies, returned checks, and resolve landlord billing issues
  • Obtain Certificates of Insurance (COI) as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments and external partners

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in lease administration or a similar role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks with accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to learn multiple software systems

Preferred:
  • Experience with large-scale lease administration systems
