In the role ofโ€ฏProject Manager - Utilities Engineerโ€ฏworking inโ€ฏMilwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. You will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling capital projects from $500k up to $20M.โ€ฏ You will work closely with the Facility and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. In addition to the project management, this role will also provide a high level of optimization support to drive improvements inย ย  Water, Electricity, Natural Gas and CO2 consumption. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Utilities Design Execution and Optimization, and works closely with the Integrated Supply Chain operations teams.โ€ฏโ€ฏย 

What Youโ€™ll Be Brewing:โ€ฏย 

  • You will manage cost, schedule, and scope for projects in all phases.โ€ฏย ย 
  • You will provide advanced project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the Molson Coorsโ€™ project management philosophy (EWP) as well as all of Molson Coorsโ€™ financial policies.โ€ฏ This includes reviewing alternate delivery methodologies; recommending alternative courses of action, determining the resource requirements to successfully execute the approved solution within budget and schedule requirements.ย 
    You will work with Consultant Firms and Construction Managers to solicit construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and oversee construction of the project.
  • Identify Value Engineering opportunities to ensure projects deliver the best solution at the optimal cost to the enterprise; looks for opportunities to improve project business case, while minimizing interruptions to operations, delivering the same quality results, and doing so cost-effectively.ย 
  • Maintain forecasts of project expenditures, provide forward estimates at Completion, and deliver the project to the satisfaction of the customerย 
  • Assist in planning and execution of Sustainability improvements โ€“ enable Molson Coors stretch targets for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and Water Use Reductions for 2025 and beyond.
  • Provide Utilities/Process optimization support, to analyze variances in processes and performance and identify and execute opportunities to improve performance.ย 

Key Ingredients:โ€ฏย 

  • You have atโ€ฏleastโ€ฏ3 years of professional experienceโ€ฏinโ€ฏUtilities (NH3 Refrigeration, Compressed air, Boilers, HVAC, etc.) and/or Brewing/Process operations.โ€ฏย 
  • You have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering; OR other technical degree with associated work experience.ย 
  • Proven track record in project management and execution
  • Strong ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while identifying value engineering and additional cost savings opportunitiesย 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.ย 
  • Interpersonal skills to work with the customers effectively while assuring that projects are executed cost effectively and deliver sustainable performanceย 
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and problem solvingย 
  • You are open to 30% travel in U.S. and Canada.ย ย

Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $94,000.00ย -ย $123,400.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 10%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
