Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager / ScrumMaster who brings more than methodology, someone who brings momentum. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of structured Waterfall delivery and the adaptive energy of Agile, guiding cross-functional teams through complex, high-impact initiatives with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

This is a role for someone who moves with intention. You will own delivery from kickoff to close, bridge disciplines, and hold the standard for quality, all while keeping teams motivated, stakeholders informed, and projects on track. If you are energized by complexity, thrive in fast-moving environments, and believe great project management is as much about people as it is about process, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery across hybrid Waterfall and Agile portfolios, driving scope, schedule, risk, and outcomes from initiation through close.
  • Champion Agile with conviction: facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives that are focused, efficient, and consistently move the work forward.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, R&D, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver digital solutions that are technically sound and user meaningful.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, resource models, and deliverable roadmaps that align teams and enable decisive action.
  • Anticipate risk before it becomes disruption, build mitigation strategies, surface dependencies early, and communicate with transparency at every level.
  • Generate actionable project insights and deliver concise, decision-quality status updates to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Flex delivery approaches based on project complexity, team composition, and organizational maturity, bringing the right methodology to the right moment.
  • Embed user-centric thinking into every phase of delivery through Design Thinking, MVP principles, and continuous customer feedback loops.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering digital initiatives across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP and/or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred.
  • Waterfall experience with complex projects that span over phases.
  • Hands-on Scrum leadership experience, you have facilitated backlog refinement, run retrospectives, and helped teams continuously raise their performance.
  • Proficiency in Agile and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Miro.
  • Solid understanding of digital delivery lifecycles: mobile app development, responsive web design, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks and managing cross-team dependencies in a multi-squad environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa, without losing the audience.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels with professionalism, empathy, and a steady presence under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics: Velocity, Burndown Charts, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and team health indicators.

Key Competencies

The strongest candidates for this role will demonstrate:

  • Agile Mindset and Adaptability
  • Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Planning and Execution
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation
  • Customer-Centric Thinking

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
