  • Define the vision and roadmap for a modern, AI-enabled learning ecosystem that supports enterprise learning, performance, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions, translating innovation into scalable business value

  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices that enable secure, effective, and responsible use of learning technologies

  • Lead Autodesk's AI strategy for Talent Development by identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, intelligent automation, copilots, AI agents, and emerging technologies across the learning lifecycle

  • Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping, testing, and scaling of AI-enabled learning experiences

  • Develop repeatable frameworks and governance for integrating AI into learning design, content development, coaching, personalization, measurement, and operations

  • Partner with enterprise AI initiatives to help shape Autodesk's AI-native workforce strategy

  • Lead Autodesk's learning personalization strategy, creating experiences tailored to employees' roles, skills, career aspirations, and business priorities

  • Bring learning into the flow of work through AI-powered recommendations, digital learning experiences, performance support, communities, coaching, and embedded guidance

  • Partner across Talent Development Centers of Excellence to integrate technology into Leadership Development, Learning Experience Design, Human-Centered Design, Onboarding, and capability-building initiatives

  • Ensure learning experiences are modern, intuitive, scalable, and measurable

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, optimization, and adoption of Autodesk's learning technology ecosystem, including LMS, LXP, AI-enabled learning platforms, content technologies, learning experience tools, and future digital learning capabilities

  • Partner closely with Employee Success Enablement (ESE) to continuously improve learning operations, platform performance, learner experience, integrations, and operational excellence

  • Evaluate and recommend future investments that strengthen Autodesk's digital learning ecosystem

  • Partner with People Insights & Solution Design (PISD) to strengthen learning analytics, experimentation, reporting, and measurement

  • Establish meaningful dashboards and success metrics that connect learning investments to capability development, employee growth, business outcomes, and organizational performance

  • Leverage data to continuously improve learner experiences, platform adoption, and program effectiveness

  • Elevate the digital, AI, and technology capabilities of the Talent Development organization

  • Coach, train, and enable instructional designers, facilitators, learning consultants, program managers, and business partners to confidently leverage AI and learning technologies in their work

  • Develop standards, playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, and best practices that improve quality, efficiency, innovation, and scalability across the Talent Development portfolio

  • Apply product management principles, agile methodologies, and human-centered design to learning experiences

  • Lead rapid experimentation, user research, prototyping, and continuous iteration to deliver solutions that improve employee performance and business impact

  • Build and manage an innovation portfolio, evaluating opportunities, scaling successful pilots, and retiring low-value solutions

  • Represent Talent Development in enterprise discussions related to AI, workforce transformation, digital employee experience, and organizational capability

  • Partner across Autodesk to shape an AI-native organization where learning, technology, and human performance are deeply integrated

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Talent Development leadership on innovation, learning technology, and future workforce trends
