Job Description

We need people with PMO experience where people have done reporting work extensively as per the needs of project stakeholders (experience should reflect in the resume)

Duties: The candidate will be expected to engage in learning Ventana's product development process, tools and project knowledge transfer. Following this, the position's main focus will be to apply their learning and project management experience to:

1. Manage, plan and organize project activities in a dynamic environment

2. Manage project team to major milestones by prioritizing and delegating key project tasks to team members

3. Facilitate project meetings, write/distribute/maintain meeting minutes and other project documentation using an electronic document management system

4. Manage project risk throughout the life cycle of the project, including developing and maintaining issue logs to ensure accountability for resolution of key issues

5. Ensure the flow of project communication is effectively maintained within the project and with project stakeholders. Assists in preparing/maintaining monthly project metrics and updates.

Skills: Must Haves:

  • 6+ years of relevant project management experience in a software product development setting
  • Specific project manager experience related to software development and software development lifecycle, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharma, or life science research domains.
  • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Project 2010 or greater including critical path analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
