Job description

We are expanding our Learning and Development Team and seeking an ambitious LMS Administrator who is ready to grow in the area of e-learning!  Here’s the detail:
Experience/Skills
  • 1 – 3 years managing a learning management system
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Proficient in managing virtual systems and tools (Zoom, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • Experience working with various file types
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Works well independently
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks
Responsibilities
This role will partner with the Senior Director of Learning and Development to support our learning management system. Responsible for all elements of maintaining and administering the LMS including:
  • Managing the database
  • Supporting the creation, update, and deployment of online learning within the LMS
  • Managing all learning assignments based on roles, functions and/or departments
  • Developing and managing content channels and learning plans
  • Managing of all types of enrollments, including new hire programs and compliance
  • Overseeing gamification
  • Tracking results and producing reports
  • Maintaining content integrity of LMS by performing routine audits on content and usage
  • Creating and managing notification and communication around coursework
  • Supporting end users
  • Partnering with the LMS vendor to provide ongoing feedback and manage system updates
  • Other responsibilities include supporting the broader learning function through assisting with onboarding, training sessions and learning materials.
