Job description

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, will be responsible for utilizing sales content to develop courses for end users utilizing material designed and authored by specialists across the company.ย  Position is responsible for the organization, maintenance and health of the content library and sales curriculum catalog.ย  In collaboration with the existing LMS team, the LMS Administrator will help shape the process and tools for organizing, tagging, versioning and updating educational content and will play a key role in user adoption and customer experience.ย  This position will help define the processes that will enable rapid content development, templatization and cohesiveness in design and delivery.ย 

Essential job functions
  • Participate in continuous development and improvement of the LMS system to function well for internal and external stakeholders, including user permissions, hierarchies.ย 
  • Develop and deliver a full catalog of forklift sales training modules available to CLARK dealers and sales professionals.
  • Support all sales functions, events and marketing activities as needed.
  • Create courses within the LMS and develop processes for content organization, tagging and user / customer experience.ย 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within the sales division specifically to develop and deploy accurate content.
  • Maintain the LMS to ensure it remains a healthy system.ย 
  • Provide training to users and customers to grow adoption and ensure they receive positive customer experience.
  • Set, configure and maintain LMS settings for learning content access and reuse.ย 
  • Troubleshoot content and LMS issues and determine resolution.ย 
  • Continually review and document content development processes within LMS and other authoring tools ensuring content production, review and maintenance are highest quality.ย 
  • Work with instructional designers, product managers, stakeholders, etc. to regularly analyze and report on content health, usage and impact on learning.ย 
  • Where needed, work with third party tools and content to ensure external content is interoperable and integrates smoothly with learning systems.ย 
  • Develop processes and manage communications to internal and external stakeholders about online content updates.
  • Ensure educational content is available for all intended and escalate technical support issues as needed.
  • Support onboarding of stakeholders on content authoring or access to content library as needed.
ย Minimum Qualifications
  • College degree in related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years working with an LMS, content library management or similar / applicable system.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized mindset and toolset.
  • Experience in project management and managing content or projects including organizing, timelining and documentation preferred.
  • A desire to help others learn.
  • Must be available for moderate occasional travel.
  • Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without any sponsorship.ย ย ย
