Job Summary

The Learning Management System (LMS) and Effectiveness Analyst is responsible for the management, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Learning Management System. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets business needs, enhances user experience, and supports training and development goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System to support training initiatives and enhance user engagement.
  • Provide technical support to users, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Generate detailed reports and analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and inform decision‑making processes.
  • Upload, test, and maintain course materials, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper functioning.
  • Customize the LMS to align with business requirements, including creating user roles, permissions, and learning paths.
