Job description

JOB TITLE: Sr. System Admin/DevOps Engineer JOB LOCATION: Quincy MA - Hybrid WAGE RANGE*: $60-65/hr. JOB NUMBER: ITS87-EHS-FY27-SYS ADMIN โ€“ 001- 145 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS Proven experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer managing enterprise-level applications. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.). Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration. Proficiency in administering WebLogic application servers and supporting Java/J2EE applications. Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers in AWS cloud environments (EC2 instances). Familiarity with Oracle databases from a system administration perspective. Experience with version control systems, specifically GitLab, and CI/CD practices. Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.). Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. Experience or familiarity with healthcare data management and compliance standards is a plus. Develop POC for migrating code base from WebLogic to JBoss, and ORACLE RDS to Postgres Handson with Containerization Collaboration work with development teams to streamline the process. QUALIFICATIONS (Experience and Education) Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, IT with 15+ years' experience, or equivalent in healthcare administration setting.
