Job description

Sales Enablement Manager
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Dynata's global go-to-market organization, helping to equip sales teams with the tools, training, and guidance needed to succeed. Dynata is one of the world's largest providers of first-party data and insights, and this role sits at the center of enabling our teams to effectively position and deliver that value to clients.
You will partner closely with Sales, Project Operations, Product, Marketing, and Technology to deliver enablement programs that drive consistency and performance across regions. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will help translate business priorities into practical support for sellers through training, communication, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development, advancement, and evolution of training and onboarding programs, including role-based learning paths and ongoing enablement initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Panel/Product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize key initiatives across the global sales team (e.g., pitch certification, ongoing enablement, playbook activation, lead generation, and follow-up)
  • Translate enablement priorities into clear execution guidance for sellers, including how to apply messaging, plays, and tools within the sales process
  • Support activation of enablement programs through training, communications, and reinforcement activities to drive adoption and consistent usage across regions
  • Maintain sales assets and internal knowledge resources in partnership with Content Management to ensure materials are current, accessible, and aligned to seller workflows
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Technology teams to align enablement programs with CRM processes, sales stages, and tool usage (e.g., D365)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support broader Dynata strategic initiatives and new product development, including enablement readiness for launches
  • Represent the Sales perspective and help coordinate input across the sales organization
  • Track participation, feedback, and adoption of enablement programs and use insights to improve effectiveness over time

SKILLS
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior sales/GTM leaders and individual contributors
  • Ability to engage subject matter experts and develop effective training materials
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable guidance for sales teams
  • Experience driving adoption of processes, tools, or programs across distributed teams
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and brand consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and Excel
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in Sales Enablement and demonstrated impact
  • Experience in quantitative, online, or digital market research with relevant industry knowledge
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams
  • Exposure to quota-carrying roles or experience supporting adoption and retention initiatives

The base salary range for this position in is $90-$110K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
