Job Overview: Pay Range: $50.10hr - $55.10hr Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 4 years of professional experience supporting organizational change, project management, HR, organizational effectiveness, consulting, digital transformation, or technology implementation initiatives. Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other enterprise AI tools. Demonstrated curiosity and ability to continuously learn emerging AI technologies and business applications. Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to travel within the U.S. footprint. Responsibilities: Partner with AI project teams to develop and execute change management strategies that support successful implementation and sustained adoption. Conduct organizational impact and readiness assessments to identify how AI initiatives will affect employees, processes, and ways of working. Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, leader enablement, change champion networks, training coordination, and reinforcement activities. Identify change risks and resistance, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate. Prepare leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change. Ensure change management activities are integrated into overall project plans, governance, and implementation timelines. Monitor adoption metrics, employee feedback, and business outcomes to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Support post-launch sustainment activities that reinforce new behaviors and maximize business value. Coordinate employee enablement activities that accelerate adoption of AI tools and new ways of working. Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and support the development of learning solutions. Facilitate AI demonstrations, pilot groups, office hours, and user feedback sessions. Reinforce responsible AI practices and support organizational AI governance. Build strong partnerships with project teams, HR, IT, business leaders, Communications, and Learning & Development. Support stakeholder analysis and engagement planning throughout AI implementations. Coordinate executive sponsor and leadership readiness activities. Provide project updates, milestones, stakeholder insights, and change impacts that enable effective communication planning. Coordinate change management deliverables across multiple AI and digital transformation projects. Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs, dashboards, and change management documentation. Track project milestones, organizational readiness, and adoption metrics, using insights to recommend improvements. Prepare executive updates summarizing adoption progress, risks, and recommendations. Support governance meetings and cross-functional project coordination. Identify opportunities to strengthen organizational change management capabilities and AI adoption practices. Maintain and enhance change management templates, playbooks, and toolkits. Research emerging practices in AI implementation, organizational change, and digital transformation. Nice to Have: Experience supporting AI, technology, or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter. Experience supporting organizational readiness, user adoption, or training initiatives.
