What You’ll Do:


Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Lead internal recruiting efforts from screening through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines by continuously identifying, networking with, and engaging both passive and active candidates.
  • Establish relationships with universities, professional organizations, recruiting partners, and industry networks to strengthen future talent pipelines.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, succession planning opportunities, and long-term workforce strategies.
  • Create and refine recruiting processes, reporting, and talent analytics that support growth, operational excellence, and hiring effectiveness.


Learning, Development, and Organizational Growth

  • Lead Lunova’s internal training, onboarding, and employee advancement programs.
  • Develop training materials, employee resources, process documentation, and performance frameworks that promote consistency, accountability, and scalability.
  • Coordinate workshops, guest speakers, coaching initiatives, and other learning opportunities that support professional and personal development.
  • Partner with team members across the organization to establish career goals, leadership opportunities, and individual growth plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Support team engagement, retention, and culture-building efforts that reinforce Lunova’s values and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of onboarding, training, and employee initiatives through feedback and key performance metrics.


Client Consulting & Talent Solutions

  • Design and deliver talent-focused programs for clients, including onboarding, interviewing, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, job description optimization, and other talent advisory services that help organizations attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and manage outplacement and career transition programs, providing individuals with guidance on resumes, interviewing, job search strategies, and career planning.
  • Partner with ownership to identify workforce challenges and opportunities to expand Lunova’s client service offerings.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success building proactive recruiting pipelines, attracting high-quality talent, and creating or improving onboarding, training, employee development, or leadership development programs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and move ideas from concept through execution.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to wear multiple hats, adapt to changing priorities, and step in wherever needed to drive results.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate partnerships through industry events, professional organizations, universities, and other talent-attraction channels.
  • Established professional networks within the industries Lunova serves—including building services, construction, engineering, HVAC, industrial, professional services, or related industries—are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
