What You'll Do
As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be the organizational engine that helps ensure training programs run smoothly from start to finish.
Training & Event Coordination
- Coordinate training schedules, invitations, enrollment, and participant communications
- Prepare training materials, technology, rooms, and resources
- Support trainers, facilitators, and vendors before, during, and after training events
- Manage attendance tracking, certificates, surveys, and evaluations
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Maintain accurate training records and learner data
- Upload and manage training content and course materials
- Monitor approvals, waitlists, registrations, and training requests
- Generate reports related to attendance, compliance, completion rates, and learner satisfaction
Learner & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related questions
- Provide support to learners, supervisors, and trainers
- Troubleshoot basic training access and participation issues
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up regarding training activities
Workforce Development & Engagement
- Assist with mentorship programs, cohort learning experiences, and workforce development initiatives
