The Manager, Learning and Development leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, developing content, and ensuring program effectiveness through performance analysis. The position also oversees associate development by providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. By fostering continuous learning and adapting strategies to evolving business requirements, the manager supports operational excellence and drives measurable improvements in employee performance and organizational outcomes.
About the team:
The team is dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive curricula for Sellers Support and Risk Operations within Walmart Marketplace. Leading a group of skilled instructional designers, the team focuses on creating effective learning strategies and content aligned with business goals. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet evolving needs, promote continuous improvement, and enhance performance. Emphasizing accountability and quality, the team supports associate development through coaching and feedback, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of learning and adaptability across the organization.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals to enhance associate performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support training initiatives and ensure operational continuity.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex training programs and performance support tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
