Responsibilities
Phase 1: Financial Professional (Production & Business Development)
• Develop and grow a personal client base through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
• Conduct in-depth financial fact-finding to assess clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial position
• Design and present customized financial strategies, including protection, retirement, and wealth-building solutions
• Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products aligned with client objectives
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service, annual reviews, and proactive communication
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations, licensing requirements, and company standards
• Achieve defined performance milestones required for leadership consideration
Phase 2: Leadership Development (Associate Partner Track)
Upon meeting performance and eligibility benchmarks:
• Recruit, select, and onboard new financial professionals
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
• Conduct joint work appointments and provide field training support
• Assist in creating business development strategies for team growth
• Foster a culture of professionalism, ethical practice, and results-driven performance
• Monitor and track team production metrics and provide performance guidance
• Participate in leadership training and management development programs
