Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The L&D Instructional Design Partner supports HSN and QVC, and you will make a positive impact by designing, developing, and maintaining learning programs that empower our high-volume business units to excel. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative learning solutions - including new hire training, leadership development, and continuous education. You will report to the Learning & Development Senior Manager for CS&E.

What You'll Do

  • Develop learning content and materials to meet learning objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and Instructor-led content.
  • Consult with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, such as eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, SOPs, and more.
  • Evaluate content and Learner experiences to spearhead improvements.
  • Facilitate meetings and Trainings. Observe customer interactions and Training with regularity.
  • Participate in the development of Learning Assessments designed to evaluate understand, knowledge retention, and practical application.
  • Stay connected to the state of the business and new strategies to proactively evaluate next steps for the Learning & Development function.
  • Collects and monitor data related to Learning Programs.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience developing and/or facilitating for adult learning programs.
  • Understanding of Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory.
  • Manage end-to-end design projects leveraging the ADDIE model.
  • Passion for developing interactive earning programs using a variety of methods and media.
  • Experience working in Contact Centers, Customer Service, and/or high-volume Operations.
  • Proficiency with the Articulate Suite and LMS administration.
