Manage and execute learning and development programs that support workforce effectiveness and business operations across the Carbon Structural Group nationwide network of companies. This role is responsible for delivering practical, high-quality training programs, ensuring consistent execution across locations, and supporting leaders and employees with tools and training needed to perform effectively.

Job Function

• Execute and deliver training programs aligned to business needs and priorities.
• Facilitate training sessions through in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

Content Development & Maintenance
• Support development and continuous improvement of training content.
• Update materials to reflect current processes, tools, and business needs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate operational knowledge into training.
Training Operations & Coordination
• Manage training schedules, calendars, and logistics.
• Support rollout of new initiatives, systems, and processes.
• Ensure consistent training execution across multiple branch locations.
Learning Systems & Tracking
• Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track training participation, completion, and engagement.
• Generate reports on training activity and progress.
Compliance & Follow-Up
• Monitor completion of required training programs.
• Follow up with employees and managers on outstanding training.
• Support alignment with safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
Business & Field Support
• Partner with Operations and Sales teams to support training needs.
• Reinforce consistency in processes and execution across branches.
• Provide support for workforce, operational, and customer-facing training.
Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from participants and leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
• Support improvements to tools, formats, and overall program execution.
Team Support
• Provide guidance and support to coordinators or facilitators as needed.
• Promote consistency and quality in program execution and delivery.
Required Skills
• Experience:
5-7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or Bachelors in related field
• Experience delivering training programs in a multi-site or operational environment preferred
• Facilitation & Delivery:
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to deliver engaging training sessions
• Experience delivering workforce or leadership training programs
• Program Management:
• Experience managing training schedules, logistics, and multiple programs
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Systems & Tools:
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
