The Learning Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance the capabilities of all colleagues, including leaders, to drive personal and organizational growth. This role supports enterprise-wide learning initiatives by partnering with business leaders, HR, and external vendors to assess learning needs, create engaging solutions, and foster a culture of continuous development. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:
• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that support both leadership development and the professional growth of all colleagues.
• Facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and technology-driven solutions to create inclusive and impactful learning experiences.
• Evaluate and analyze training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Support the curation and customization of learning content, including e-learning modules, toolkits, and blended learning solutions tailored for different roles and experience levels.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions for all employees.
• Provide guidance on best practices in learning and development to support diverse learners across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives that foster a culture of continuous development.
• Engage with external partners to source and deliver high-quality learning content and solutions that address evolving workforce needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on learning outcomes to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and leadership development
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and e-learning technologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
