WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Product Training Specialist delivers Nursing product training support through expert product knowledge to ensure client product understanding, adoption of resources, and achievement of client outcomes. The Product Training Specialist (PTS) delivers onsite and virtual client trainings partnering directly with members of the Client Success Team and other key stakeholders within the organization to deliver onboarding and proactive ongoing service to clients to lead to product usage. The role will host engaging Live Webinars, technical troubleshooting. And operational support for KPI tracking using technology platforms such as Zoom to promote Nursing solutions as the leader in the industry for clients to achieve outcomes.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position can work remote with candidate preference in the Southern region of the United States. This position requires up to 50% travel.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Train new and existing clients about Nursing solutions in a virtual or onsite meeting providing hands-on demonstrations of product features and functionalities in the product site.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Team and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and assess client onboarding and proactive ongoing product training needs and provide feedback for product enhancements.
  • Maintain "expert" level knowledge of all Nursing solutions staying informed about product updates, new features and functionality changes.
  • Lead client facing live webinars aligned to product needs and industry trends.
  • Use Gainsight, D365, or other technical approaches to maintain awareness of client status/book of business to increase client engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain awareness of client status to increase client engagement, loyalty, and escalate concerns to key stakeholders. Deliver detailed client follow-up to support service delivery and respond to additional questions and training needs.
  • Support sales team with revenue targets in ensuring timely onsite and virtual student orientations when demand exceeds sales bandwidth.
  • Support operational initiatives and troubleshoot product/tech issues to assist clients with quick resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare or business-related field required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of industry experience in educating or training on product resources
  • Teaching or training in a business or academic setting
  • Development of presentations to aid in learning
  • Troubleshooting product or technical support issues
  • Evaluating the effectiveness in training programs to assist customers with utilizing product lines
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Self-motivated learner who is eager to learn a large portfolio of products
  • Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations with the capacity to adapt training styles to various audiences

HIRING RANGE
The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $60,400.00-$86,350.00. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected pay range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
