Job description

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America's boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country's biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in strengthening the operational core of our learning experiences, translating vision into execution and creating the conditions for the team to scale with confidence. You will thrive in this role if you love bringing order to complexity, anticipating needs before they surface, and building systems that allow everyone to do their best work.
Our partners engage with cohort-based learning experiences that can last up to a year, and you'll be on the core team that makes the magic happen. You will ensure our learning experiences run smoothly from start to finish, creating the conditions for facilitators, speakers, and partners to focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful learning and connection. In this role, you are the steady throughline across programs, projects, and platforms, translating vision into execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
This role is a force multiplier for the team. Your work unlocks efficiency, consistency, and clarity, allowing us to serve our partners with excellence and scale our impact with confidence.

  • Coordinate logistics and communications for guest speakers to ensure they feel prepared, supported, and valued.

  • Support onsite event partner experiences, managing schedules, run-of-show details, and follow-up communications.

Data, Systems, and Administration
  • Maintain accurate program data across systems, ensuring clean records and reliable reporting.

  • Support data entry, tracking, and basic analysis related to cohorts, participation, and program outcomes.

  • Document processes and workflows to improve consistency and enable smoother team collaboration.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks through better systems, templates, or tools.

Project Management
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.

  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively surface risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration by aligning timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Assist with continuously refining how the team operates so we can serve partners more effectively and sustainably.

What You Will Bring
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative support.

  • Experience supporting learning programs or events is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially across complex, multi-month efforts.

  • Comfort working across systems, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward improving how things work.

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting partners and teammates.
