Los Angeles Soccer School (LASSO) is more than just a youth soccer programits a movement dedicated to developing the next generation of soccer stars. We are passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment where children aged 3-12 can develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for the game. At LASSO, we believe that soccer is more than just a sport; its a tool for personal growth, teamwork, and community building. Our coaches are the heartbeat of our program, and we are committed to providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. Requirements:

As the Head Coach, you will lead and coordinate soccer training programs, mentor assistant coaches, and ensure that every players development aligns with LASSOs mission and values. This role is perfect for a leader with a passion for youth sports, a commitment to excellence, and the need for a flexible work schedule that fits around other commitments. Lead the execution of age-specific soccer training programs.

What You'll Do:

Ensure coaching sessions adhere to LASSOs delivery and awards system.

Mentor and guide assistant coaches, ensuring consistent coaching standards.

Monitor player progress using "Playermaker" technology and provide personalized feedback.

Coordinate weekly training sessions, summer camps, and competitive matches.

Uphold health and player safety standards.

Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of a USSF "D" License with head coach experience, or a USSF "C" License (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in youth soccer coaching.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Commitment to participating in company training sessions.
  • Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work on a Sunday
