Job description

Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid/Remote-Flexible)
Generate Calls & Qualified Leads for Two Established Maryland Businesses
Location: Remote-flexible / Hybrid. Primary office in Chesapeake Beach, MD - you must be located in Maryland state. Occasional face-to-face strategy meetings and local events in the Annapolis, Gambrills, and Ellicott City areas are required. Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 base + performance bonuses (Target OTE: $75,000 - $90,000+) Type: Full-time
The Mission
We are hiring a results-obsessed specialist to make the phones ring and fill the pipelines for two distinct, successful brands. We aren't looking for "content creators" or "posters"-we are looking for a growth driver who uses ethical, high-impact tactics to deliver real inquiries and appointments.
You will have the autonomy to identify, test, and scale what works across two diverse sectors:
  • Bambini Montessori Academy: Premium childcare/education (Gambrills & Ellicott City).
  • Window Depot & Bay Bath Remodel: High-end home transformations (Annapolis area).
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Funnel: Identify and execute lead-gen tactics that convert (Digital, local SEO, direct outreach, partnerships, or community events).
  • Drive Volume: Create promotions and outreach that prompt immediate action (consultations, open houses, or quote requests).
  • Targeted Prospecting: Reach the right audience-families for childcare and homeowners for remodeling.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track every source, call, and ROI. Report weekly, cut what fails, and double down on what wins.
  • Execution with Autonomy: We provide the goals; you provide the strategy and the "how."
Who You Are
  • A Proven Producer: 2-5 years of experience generating leads for local service businesses (Education, Home Improvement, or similar). You must be able to share concrete metrics (e.g., "% increase in calls").
  • Strategically Flexible: You don't have a "one-tool" bias. You pivot between high-intent digital ads and high-touch local community networking.
  • Self-Starter: You thrive with minimal day-to-day supervision and prefer being judged on your results rather than your "hours logged."
  • Local to Maryland: While the role is remote-flexible, you must be able to attend key in-person strategy meetings (Chesapeake Beach) and represent the brands at occasional local events (Annapolis/Gambrills area).
  • Degree: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred).
What We Offer
  • Flexibility: Work-from-home focus with intentional in-person collaboration.
  • Incentivized Growth: A transparent bonus structure tied directly to lead/call increases.
  • Benefits: Health insurance and PTO (provided through Bambini).
  • Stability & Impact: Work directly with the leadership of two stable, growing local businesses where your work moves the needle every day.
To Apply
Submit your resume and one specific example of a lead-generation win. Tell us the tactics you used, the "before and after" numbers, and why it worked. Generic applications will not be considered.
