Job Role:


This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to get their start in an established and rapidly growing business. On a daily basis you would be qualifying new and renewal prospects for oursalesteam. Leads are provided and the scripts are easy and straightforward. In this role it is essential to be enthusiastic and self motivated to grow our clientele base.


Key Responsibilities / Skill Sets:


  • Outbound Calling: Manage a high call volume and SMS (text) in order to support our sales staff to maintain a full pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential interest in our services.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall performance.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage high volume of calls.
  • Proficient data entry and computer skills.
  • Articulate and skilled at quickly developing rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to counter customer objections with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to engage in team collaborations and participate in training.
  • Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
