Job description

As a Lead Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell.

You will report directly to our General Manager, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies that expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell as a leader in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and grow channel partners for expansion verticals (Healthcare, Pharma, Semicon/LiB)
