Role Description The Life Insurance Agent is a full-time 100% Commission based, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. In this position, the agent meets with prospective and existing clients to assess their life and health insurance needs, explains policy options, and recommends appropriate coverage. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, completing applications, and following up on underwriting decisions. The agent also maintains accurate client records, provides ongoing policy reviews, and supports clients with claims and policy changes. Collaboration with brokerage partners and participation in training sessions, community events, and sales meetings are integral to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in insurance sales and insurance brokerage, with a focus on life and health products.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles and products, including term, whole life, and supplemental insurance.
  • Foundational knowledge of finance and financial planning concepts to align coverage with client goals.
