Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Technology Partner (Kronos) Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our HR department and technology solutions, with a focus on the Kronos Workforce Management System. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR processes and ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of HR technology.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders for Kronos-related projects and initiatives
  • Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements for HR technology projects, particularly those involving Kronos
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct data analysis to support HR decision-making and process improvements
  • Manage the configuration and customization of Kronos to meet organizational needs
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Kronos and other HR technology systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications
  • Stay current with Kronos updates and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for HR technology implementations and upgrades

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education
โ€ข 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment โ€ข Troubleshoot pay rules/ work rules and general UKG timekeeping configurations
โ€ข 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions
โ€ข Familiarity with at least 2 UKG Pro WFM functional areas: Attestation, Accruals, Personas, Attendance or Mobile โ€ข Strong understanding of how to run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM
โ€ข UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance implementation experience
โ€ข Self-starter with experience implementing all Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM
โ€ข Experience implementing GeoLocation & GeoFencing
โ€ข Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions.
โ€ข Ability to drill down into the detail processes for associated UKG Pro WFM functional areas.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
โ€ข Strong analytical and time management skills, effectively managing workflow and timelines

Additional Information
The HR Technology Partner, Kronos is a Business Analyst role participating in a full life cycle system implementation migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions). This functional role will partner with key stakeholders to define timekeeping business requirements, participate in system design sessions, support configuration of the tool, actively participate in testing and support the change management and rollout strategies of the program. The new timekeeping system will be integrated with Workday HCM and Workday US Payroll. The role reports to the Director of Time and Labor.
The scope of the project includes implementing modern timekeeping software and physical timeclock solution for approximately 15,000 employees who are in the US/Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders to understand and document enterprise timekeeping business requirements; participate in the program as a timekeeping SME representing the identified business stakeholders
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday. Understand current state processes and identify opportunities for improving systems and processes with the new tool
  • Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM / US Payroll and UKG Dimensions and any other downstream systems
  • Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners
  • Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases
  • Active participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary
  • Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify, and resolve discrepancies
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders
  • Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution
  • Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project
  • Provide Hypercare support
