Job Summary:
Impulse Space is a company focused on spacecraft manufacturing and technology. They are seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst II to provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for systems supporting engineering, integration, and test operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
โ€ข Troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and network connectivity issues including VLANs and switching
โ€ข Support enterprise identity, endpoint management, and core IT services
โ€ข Ensure system availability and performance during live test and integration operations
โ€ข Resolve issues affecting test execution, telemetry, data capture, and system connectivity
โ€ข Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related operational issues
โ€ข Serve as an escalation point for frontline support teams and major incident response efforts
โ€ข Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions across infrastructure and networking teams
โ€ข Lead deployments of workstations, network infrastructure, lab expansions, and structured cabling projects
โ€ข Drive operational improvements through automation, documentation, runbooks, and workflow optimization
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experience
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting across endpoint systems, identity services, and enterprise platforms
โ€ข Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues
โ€ข Experience working with IT service management platforms
โ€ข Ability to troubleshoot issues spanning multiple technology domains
