KPMG is currently seeking a technical Director, ServiceNow Consulting & Transformation to join our ServiceNow Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow client implementations including multiple workstreams from initial planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, and post engagement support.
  • Provide strategic architectural vision for ServiceNow implementations that align with client needs, business goals, and industry standards.; Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
  • Utilize deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and stay up-to-date with platform enhancements and updates; Engage with decision-makers to lay out project roadmaps and ensure the delivery aligns with the organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Lead business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries; Oversee the management and development of specific solution areas within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet evolving client needs and market demands.
  • Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies; Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning and collaboration; champion the ongoing evaluation and improvement of systems and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain key customer relationships and cross sell other KPMG service offerings as well as maintaining satisfaction and good standing; Build strong internal networks within KPMG to leverage firm-wide capabilities for client solutions.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting; experience leading and managing systems integration projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications preferred
  • Verified success in leading five (5) or more ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis and presentation skills; excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking; ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences, including executives
  • Travel as needed
