We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and portion meats, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Clean, trim, and cut meats and fresh produce safely and efficiently
  • Prepare sauces, stocks, and other foundational components as directed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Properly store food items and label products to ensure freshness and rotation (FIFO)
  • Assist with general kitchen prep and support line cooks during service as needed
  • Follow all company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and food handling
