With vibrant locations on the Milwaukee Riverwalk and in the Mequon Public Market, we take pride in being Wisconsin’s only Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch partner, serving responsibly sourced sushi and Asian-inspired dishes in a high-energy environment. Join our team, built on respect, accountability, and good vibes, as a reliable Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep to help keep our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout service
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients
  • Stock stations and ensure all necessary supplies are available
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
