This opportunity is based directly in our lively, fast-paced restaurant environment and is perfect for individuals passionate about food preparation and culinary excellence. Please note that this is not a remote job, as the nature of the role requires hands-on involvement in our kitchen facilities.

As a Kitchen Prep at Rodizio Grill, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish is prepared with precision and meets our top-quality guidelines. This position demands dedication, flexibility, and a love for food that aligns with Rodizio Grill’s commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow prep lists created by chefs to plan duties.
  • Label and stock ingredients on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and usage.
  • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting and trimming meat according to company guidelines.
  • Follow proprietary recipes to create memorable dishes that align with Rodizio Grill’s brand and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation and cleaning routines.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned to support the dynamic needs of the kitchen.
  • Weekends and holidays work shifts are mandatory, as these are our peak operation times.
Requirements
