What you will do:
  • Follow all of the company's specifications and procedures to ensure the Perfect Night Out
  • Follow and use all food safety procedures and logs
  • Follow all food rotation and re-stocking procedures
  • Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
  • Practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team.
