They believe in empowering people to look after their own health. Kinesiologists develop programs using evidence-based research, tools, and assessments. Examples include posture and musculoskeletal evaluations, therapeutic exercises for rehabilitation, weight-loss conditioning, cardiovascular strengthening, diabetes management, cancer and stroke rehabilitation, mental health management, and hydrotherapy.
