Job Description

BioWave is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help hit our aggressive sales goals within their dedicated territory. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with the decision makers, demonstrating our product, and closing the sale as we work to become the leading pain management product for the VA.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will identify sales opportunities in your territory. You will be responsible for VA clinic touches on a weekly basis, including product demonstrations, and lead generation within your territory. You will also work on maintaining relationships with active customers in order to obtain future sales.

This role will work directly with the VA Sales team and report to the Regional Sales Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the acquisition of new patients on a weekly cadence and new facilities on a quarterly cadence.
  • Work with a team of VA reps to ensure company goals and team growth goals are met.
  • Use Salesforce to keep your performance and funnel organized.
  • Develop relationships and understanding of BioWave to acquire referrals regularly.
  • Plan 4 to 6 weeks in advance for “cluster calls” at Veteran Medical Facilities, performing product demonstrations (in-services) and closing accounts at the provider level.
  • Become an expert in BioWave and the VA to better understand and serve our customers and prospects.
  • Spearhead the business development of BioWave’s full product line.


Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience in/with Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic, Chiropractic, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and related pain management fields.
  • >2 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to form relationships across the organization – particularly with the VA and Sales Department.
  • Positive, persuasive communicator.

Education
