Automotive Service Advisor

Metro Kia of Madison | Madison, WI

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our award-winning Kia Service department. You'll build relationships with customers, coordinate with our technicians, and help guide every guest through their service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation

$50,000 – $100,000+ annually

Your income is based on your performance, customer satisfaction, and ability to build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Work the service drive to ensure every customer receives prompt and exceptional service.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
  • Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair estimates.
  • Coordinate repairs with our Technicians to keep work flowing efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Schedule future maintenance and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Answer phone calls and owner inquiries with a concierge-level customer service approach.
  • Help maximize Technician productivity by effectively managing repair order scheduling.
  • Deliver an outstanding ownership experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (1+ year)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
