Junior Virtual Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Virtual Receptionist. This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and distribute incoming emails and faxes
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
