Job description

Campus Recruiting HR Coordinator Role


Major bank in midtown Manhattan is looking for a junior campus recruiter for a contract role. This role is in New York City

You will provide general administrative support to the Campus Recruiting Team, including coordinating interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, offer letter generation, background monitoring, invoice processing and other administrative tasks related to recruitment

You need to be detail oriented, be an excellent communicator with internal and external clients of all levels and possess strong time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks

During the Summer Intern Program, supervise networking/ social events such as lunch and learns, teach ins, trivia night, etc.

Set up catering for all campus events, act as a liaison between bank and outside vendors

Manage logistics for virtual and on-campus events

Post openings to online school boards

Maintain recruiting database and applicant tracking system

Assist with the development and distribution of university marketing materials for recruiting events

Coordinate and execute candidate, team, and hiring manager correspondence

Make candidate travel arrangements

Schedule interviews

Support ongoing projects such as diversity hiring, employee resource groups, campus ambassadors

Process all invoices for campus expenses and candidate travel; maintain budget status and tracking report

Process offer letters, monitor background checks and facilitate onboarding for campus and first year hires such as background checks


REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience supporting a campus team/program or a recent grad with internship experience supporting HR/campus

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient in MS Office

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, utilizing pivots, charts and formulas to analyze data and provide strategic reporting and presentations for senior leadership

Preferred experience:

Event coordination with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
